If you're reporting a problem, it helps a lot to include: your Windows version, the PDFClaws version (shown in the app's title bar), what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. If the issue involves a specific PDF, tell us roughly how it was created (scanner, Word export, etc.) — never email us the confidential file itself.
